As Executive Director of the Vonne-Wellington School of Protocol & Etiquette, I have trained over 500+ professionals, government officials, and corporate leaders on international protocol, executive presence, and professional ethics, equipping them to operate confidently on the global stage. My work bridges cultures and industries, from advising on formal state events to designing youth empowerment pipelines that have mentored more than 700 young professionals since 2022.
Beyond protocol, I specialise in organisational capacity building, restructuring NGOs for efficiency, implementing governance frameworks, and developing performance systems that have cut operational inefficiencies by millions while boosting accountability and impact delivery.
